Most developers do not use Agile because they do not work in agile environments, at most, Water-Scrum-Fall.

Just the question about "estimates" is a telltale sign. Even Ken Shwaber, co-founder of Scrum, is against estimates. When someone asks for them, it is clear that does not understand Scrum.

And about developers hating Agile for the wrong questions, sadly, is too common. I even had written a few articles as a response:
