Wow David! I didn't realize that probably Post Office personnel (aka Fujitsu engineers) could have administrative god powers.

And that is so crazy, that just some months ago, in my town were a kind of people's projects, in which people could enter and vote for projects, some people were complaining that the results were rigged in previous years, the organization said that it was impossible because the system was really safe, and they couldn't change the results. And I, because it felt like a classic PHP project (I bet they were using Symphony) I just said that the database administrator probably could enter at any time and change records at will. Of course, the organization told several times that it was impossible.

So yes! You're completely right, I do not know how nobody though about this!
