What about not doing Reviews at all? Let everyone merge its own PR?

Basically, what happens is that we need reviews because we go slow and we do not trust other. Reviews are necessary for open source projects, but what about in-company teams?

It should be, anyone inside in the team can merge its own PR. Only reviews for people outside the team. And once a week, we review all the PRs. A programmed meeting for that. Without arbitrary interruptions.

And because it is easy to merge new changes because you do not require to stop anyone else, or wait until something happen. If you see something wrong, just fix and merge. In minutes.

And of course, you always have pair programming.
