In fact, I loved to write this article because I finally understood what the Agile Manifesto members meant with «Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.» It is not enforcing tools, it is giving them the tools to retrospect on their work, and understand better their craft.
