How continuous Project Manager involvement throughout the development process can transform project outcomes and eliminate missed deadlines
It is often seen as a team failure when they fail to deliver within the determined timeframe. Often, among the failures in Agile or Scrum systems, it is attributed to poor planning or even poor estimations by the development team. And in retrospectives, the focus is usually on everything that could have been done better or corrected. But often people forget to consider the main reason: over-planning based on estimations and little control over progress. All of this can be corrected, but who must do it and fix it is the PM.

It’s the beginning of a new cycle. A new functionality appears that needs to be prioritized for the next development. At this moment, the available data is analyzed, the client is consulted if possible, and it is decided that this will be the next objective to implement.
