Exactly, it was my first impression, and I need to read it several times to be sure of that. And the reason why I decided to comment on the article is because I started to find posts of people copy-pasting the conclusions without a minimal amount of criticism. Which leads to one logical conclusion: "bad agile". (If the premise is flawed, the conclusion is also flawed)
